A power generating device, comprising a scroll compressor, wherein a revolving scroll lap (1a) is vertically installed on one face of the revolving lap supporting disk (1b) of a revolving scroll member (1), a revolving disk (2) is connected to the other face, a revolving pivotally supporting hole (2b) for inserting an eccentric shaft (4a) is formed at the center part of the revolving disk (2), a crank pivotally supporting hole (2a) to insert eccentric shafts (5e) for arresting the rotation of the revolving scroll member (1) on the axis thereof is formed in the outer peripheral part of the revolving pivotally supporting hole (2b), the revolving scroll lap (1a) is formed integrally with the revolving lap supporting disk (1b) with synthetic resin, and the revolving disk (2) is made of a metal material and the revolving pivotally supporting hole (2b) is formed integrally with the crank pivotally supporting hole (2a), whereby wear and mechanical loss due to lap contact can be prevented by suppressing the thermal deformation of the revolving scroll member (1).
