The light fitting has a light source and first (1), second (2) and third (3) reflectors. The first reflector is a parabolic bell surrounding the light source. The second reflector has surfaces (2A,2B,2C) that reflect light from the first reflector. The third reflector has surfaces attached to the rim of the first reflector. Both second and third reflectors are adjustable.
