NOVEL PROTEINS BINDING TO MAMMALIAN TARGET OF RAPAMYCIN (mTOR) AND GENES THEREOF

It is intended to provide novel proteins binding to mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) and genes thereof. Namely, genes encoding any of the following proteins (a) to (c). (a) A protein comprising an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:2 or 4. (b) A protein comprising an amino acid sequence derived from an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:2 or 4 by substitution, deletion, insertion and/or addition of one or more amino acids and binding to mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR). (c) A protein comprising an amino acid sequence derived from an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:2 or 4 by substitution, deletion, insertion and/or addition of one or more amino acids and binding to a protein having a TOS motif (mTOR signaling motif).
