<p>The present invention relates to a method in a wireless communication system and in particular better usage of available radio resources in such systems by controlling the party effects using user based scheduling back-off. The scheduling back-off according to the invention is based on providing and controlling the number of channels/frequencies/codes/timeslots or fractions of channel use to a terminal depending on information regarding radio channel quality obtained from the system.</p> |
