PURPOSE: Structure for a front pillar panel of a vehicle is provided to prevent a front pillar inner panel from being separated from a front pillar outer panel by absorbing and distributing impact with a front pillar inner reinforcing panel at a head-on collision, and to protect passengers by restricting a front pillar panel from being pushed into the vehicle room. CONSTITUTION: A front pillar inner reinforcing panel(21) is placed in the overlap portion of a front pillar upper mounting bracket(15) and a front pillar hinge bracket(16). The front pillar upper mounting bracket is mounted along the inside of a front pillar outer reinforcing panel(13), and the end of the front pillar upper mounting bracket is mounted to a front pillar inner panel(11). The front pillar hinge bracket is installed in a front pillar outer panel(12). The front pillar inner reinforcing panel is jointed along the inside of the front pillar inner panel, and the end of the front pillar inner reinforcing panel is mounted to the front pillar outer reinforcing panel and the front pillar upper mounting bracket. Passengers are protected by absorbing and distributing impact with the front pillar inner reinforcing panel at a head-on collision.
