<p>A method for recovering the activity of an ion exchanger (ion-exchange resin, ion-exchange film, etc.) which is difficult to be regenerated by a normal reversible treatment, which comprises giving the same electric charge as that of the ion-exchange group of the ion exchanger: and a method for recovering the activity of an ion exchanger which is difficult to be regenerated by a normal reversible treatment, which comprises giving the electric charge opposite to that of the charged substance of the ion exchanger. The method allows the recovery of the activity of such an ion exchanger. In a preferred embodiment, at least one compound selected from among organic amine compounds and organic ammonium compounds being capable of having a charge through dissociation in a solution is used as an agent recovering the activity of an anion exchanger.</p> |
