<p>The present invention generally relates to an absorbent article (10) that includes a top sheet (24), a back sheet (26), and an absorbent core (28) disposed between the top sheet (24) and the back sheet (26). The absorbent article (10) has enhanced thermal transmittance by evincing a lower thermal resistance (clo) of less than about 1.7 watts/m2, as measured in a Thermolabo apparatus. The absorbent article (10) of the invention preferably has a low density, low basis weight core, and it provides improved comfort.</p> |
