SEMICONDUCTOR SIMULATION SYSTEM AND SIMULATION METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A semiconductor simulation system and a simulation method using the same are provided to increase the compatibility with a Windows OS(Operating System) user computer, and to easily store the additional data in a data database by using a Windows OS web browser. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a server(20) equipped with the data database(21a) storing a result value according to a simulation process condition of each simulation sort, and a member database(21b) storing the personal information such as an ID, an e-mail, a name, a resident registration number, an address, and a telephone number of the member. The server(20) comprises the semiconductor simulation site having a constant URL(Uniform Resource Locator). The server(20) is connected with a plurality of Windows OS users(22,24,26) using the browser.
