PURPOSE: A method of building railway tracks for including a concrete paving part and inserting a railway track fixing element into a concrete paving part is provided to use in a limited work space by using a reduced concrete continuously pouring device and to separate a concrete storage tank from the railway by using concrete poured by pumping. CONSTITUTION: A method of building railway tracks for including a concrete paving part(1) and inserting railway track fixing elements(3) into a concrete paving part is composed of steps of producing two concrete walls(2) for delimiting both edges of the paving part in which concrete is poured, with a device(10) for continuously pouring concrete; pouring concrete between the walls and forming the concrete paving part; and inserting the fixing element into the concrete paving part in which concrete is just poured, by an inserting device(20).
