PURPOSE: A method for processing a video signal of a plasma display panel is provided to remove false contour noise by providing alternately the first field and the second field. CONSTITUTION: A video signal processing method includes the first field supply process and the second field supply process. The first field supply process is to supply the first field having the luminance weight to a particular pixel during the first frame. The second field supply process is to supply the second field having the luminance weight to the pixel different from the pixel of the first field during the second frame. The first field and the second field are alternately supplied on the basis of a vertical synchronous signal. The luminance weight of the second field is arrayed inversely to the luminance weight of the first field. |
