PURPOSE: A compact disk case is provided to easily form a CD case using paper or film sheet. CONSTITUTION: A CD case is formed in such a manner that a CD is automatically ejected from the CD case when the CD case is opened. The CD case is divided into a case part A(2) and a case part B(3) on the basis of a separation line(7). The case part A is composed of a main part and a portion inserted into the case part B. The case part B includes a main part and a portion inserted into the case part A. The case part A and case part B are movably connected to each other by a connection ring.
