PURPOSE: Provided is a pyridin-2-one derivative of the formula(1) which is useful as a farnesyl transferase inhibitor. Also, provided are its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate and manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: A pyridin-2-one derivative is represented by the formula(1), wherein R1 is C1-4 linear or branched alkyl, halogen or C1-4 linear or branched alkyl substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or mono or bicyclic aromatic radical containing one or two hetero atom selected from nitrogen or sulfur atom; R2 is hydrogen or C1-4 linear or branched alkyl; R3 and R4 are hydrogen; and n is an integer of 1-3.
