PURPOSE: A range hood is provided to prevent fault and failure of the range hood caused due to the smoke generated during cooking, while reducing noises. CONSTITUTION: A range hood comprises a range hood box, a motor(14), a fan(13), an intermediate connection pipe(11), an external Venturi pipe(17), an internal Venturi pipe(16), an inclined square plate, a filter, an upper connection pipe(19) and a flexible pipe. The air supplied through the motor and the fan forms a low atmospheric pressure in the internal Venturi pipe while passing, at a high speed, the gap formed between the external Venturi pipe and the internal Venturi pipe, to thereby suck and discharge smoke and odor through the internal Venturi pipe.
