APPARATUS FOR SURFACE FUSION OF COLORED BRICKS

PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for surface fusion of colored bricks which generates high heat by converting electromagnetic energy to heat energy and fuse the surface of a ceramic brick. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes a vacuous cylindrical operation vessel(10), a vacuum pump communicated with the operation vessel(10) to make the operation vessel(10) vacuous and an electron beam generating device(30) attached to the operation vessel(10) to generate electron beams reaching the surface of a brick(40). The electron beam generating device(30) includes an electron beam generating part(31) to focus the generated beams to the center of the operation vessel(10); a deflecting device(32) to direct the electron beams in a desired direction; an electromagnet(33) to improve density of the electron beams; an ion source(34); and a specimen supporting stand(35).
