PURPOSE: An interactive remote monitoring system and method are provided to continuously manage the monitoring system at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: An interactive remote monitoring system includes a monitoring camera, a server for storing varied images among images captured by the monitoring camera, and an address management server for managing the address of the server. The monitoring system further includes a web page composed of the images stored in the server, a network through which the web page and the images are transmitted, an ID used for connecting with the system, a password, and a screen.
