The linear hose seal, to seal a longitudinal chamber (3) channel against the ambient environment, has two hose sections (1,2) which are tightly against each other in a linear guide. A body between them allows a medium to flow in and out of the chamber (3). Each has a hose holding section at least partially in a holding groove (8) in a holding body (7), with a force fit.
