PURPOSE: Provided is a washable cleansing composition foaming fine and good foam stability to remove dirt from the skin without skin stimulation and to maintain the skin moisture and smooth. CONSTITUTION: A washable cleansing composition foaming fine and good foam stability comprises 10.0-40.0 wt.% of at least one kind of cleansing agent selected from higher fatty acid soap having 8-22 carbons, 0.5-20 wt.% of amino acid based anion surfactant; multivalent alcohol, glycerylstearate and PEG-100 stearate, ethylclycolmonostearate, ethylglycolmonostearate, and 3.0-15.0 wt.% of paraffin.
