FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should cut mucous-periosteal fragment in the bone of alveolar process. Opening is made to separate maxillary mucosa. This opening should be introduced with the blocks made of bioplastic material, moreover, maximum height of cavity filling above an opening is not less than a half of intraosseous part of osteointegrated screw implants. As bioplastic material one should apply native bovine bone as an osseous block saturated with sulfated glycosamine glycans right before an operation. The present method enables to accelerate reparation processes, decrease traumaticity and number of postoperational complications due to excluding mucous lesion and opening antrum of Highmore, and usage of blocks made of bioplastic material saturated with sulfated with glycosamine glycans.
