PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive roller formed of a roll of adhesive tape for a cleaning tool provided with an indication allowing a user to easily recognize the direction of rotation in which the roller is rolled in its winding direction. SOLUTION: A display means 12 consisting of a plurality of radial patterns 13, 13' and 13" of varying widths is provided on a side face of the adhesive roller 1, so that, even if the adhesive tape 3 decreases after use, an indication of the direction of rotation can be easily recognized.
