PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that any nonthermal process developed so far can not be easily utilized because, for example, in film separation, problems with film deterioration or separation rate occur, or when the atomizing action of ultrasonic waves is utilized, a means to recover generated mist is required. SOLUTION: A container 1 is shaped shallow. A solution supply device 3 is set above the container 1 to supply a mixed solution 2 to the container 1. The upper part 2a of the mixed solution 2 is allowed to overflow from the discharge section 1a of the container 1 and recovered by a recovery device 4. At the bottom of the container 1, a discharge device 1b for discharging the solution 2b remaining on the bottom of the container 1 is set, and the solution 2b discharged through the discharge device 1b is recovered by a remaining solution recovery device 5 set below the container 1.
