Single double- reflector optical system is installed in additional focuses formed due to fixed turns of electromagnetic energy flow with aid of revolving tilted flat mirrors, electromagnetic energy receivers operating in radio and optical frequency bands, concentrated solar and laser beams, and laser transmitter.
