PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide two-times-V-folded web laminate by which a flat overlay structure which does not cause a partially bulky part in the direction of its width is ensured, the folded structure is obtained with a small folding width, the overlapping width between the web to be taken out and the succeeding web can be made small, the separation between the webs is good and the protruding part of the succeeding web to be taken out from a package or a container is constantly kept small and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A substantially square or rectangular web is twofolded by a first fold line perpendicular to one of its sides to form a first V-shaped web and is further twofolded by a second fold line substantially parallel to the first fold line to form a two-times-V-folded web. A two-times-V-folded web on the left side and a one on the right side are overlapped by a specified length and are interfolded in each other.
