PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a printer controller subjected to restriction on the size and the layout of components by the installation place of an interface connector in the housing wherein the degree of freedom is enhanced in the size and the layout of components while enhancing compatibility of the printer controller with various housings. SOLUTION: An interface connector is mounted on an interface board provided independently of the main board of a printer controller.
