PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrically insulating polyurethane resin composition having excellent flame retardance and resistance against hydrolysis, and having little possibility to cause environmental problems. SOLUTION: The electrically insulating polyurethane resin composition comprises an electrically insulating polyurethane resin, a halogen-free phosphorus type flame retarder, and at least one type agent for preventing hydrolysis selected from the group consisting of a metal hydroxide, a metal oxide and a metal carbonate.
