PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the removal of a cassette with one hand. SOLUTION: This subject table for mammography device comprises a through-tunnel 4 for an X-ray film cassette 5 and a lock device 43 for the cassette disposed in the tunnel. The lock device 5 comprises a first stopper 12 and a second stopper 13. At least one of the stoppers is spring-loaded so that, when the cassette is installed in the tunnel, the stopper comes into close contact with the narrow sides 24 and 25 of the cassette. The lock device comprises at least one arm 10 and 11 spring-loaded in longitudinal direction. The first stopper is fitted to one end part of the arm slidable in longitudinal direction, and the second stopper is slidably disposed vertically to the longitudinal direction of the arm.
