PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excretion appliance for efficiently and forcibly discharging the excreta of a person who can not excrete by himself/herself by simple operation. SOLUTION: On the top end of an outer tube 2, a take-in port 2a is provided for taking in the excreta and in the middle of the outer tube 2, a discharge port 2b is provided for discharging the taken-in excreta. On the top end of an inner tube 3 fitted into the outer tube 2 to be freely turned and slid back and forth, a storage space is provided for storing the excreta taken in from the take-in port 2a and in the discharge port 2b, a raker 4 is provided for raking the excreta stored in the storage space to the outside.
