<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical apparatus capable of easily marking a range where a tumor is removed. <P>SOLUTION: With an organism tissue in proximity to an opening 12, a liquid (adhesive) 28 ejected from the opening 12 by the operation of a handle portion 3 is ejected toward the organism tissue; the organism tissue makes contact with a marking member 14a, which is adhered to the organism tissue.
