<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image filing system enabling recorded examination reports to be confirmed even at remote locations by outputting the examination reports outside of the system. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscope image filing system 1 comprises an endoscope device 2 providing endoscope images, and an image file device 3 connected to the endoscope device 2 for recording the desired endoscope images. The image file device 3 is capable of constructing in a hard disc 21e a database for registering endoscope image information associated with endoscopy medical information (examination information), registering the examination reports created by combining the medical information (examination information) to examination images created from the endoscope image information, and registering information on the recipients of the examination reports.
