PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink ribbon winder for enhancing the print image quality by reducing the play between a bobbin and a reel disc in the radial direction and the circumferential direction, and the crease of an ink ribbon or the variation of a tension being applied thereto at the time of linking the bobbin and the reel disc. SOLUTION: An ink ribbon winder 4 having at least one bobbin 2, 3 being applied with an ink ribbon 1 and rotating about the rotational axis is further provided with a supporting part 13 disposed at one end part of the bobbin 2, 3 concentrically thereto while having a hollow tubular part 13a opening in the direction of rotational axis, and a reel disc being urged toward the bobbin 2, 3 while having a columnar part 5a being fitted rotatably in the hollow tubular part 13a.
