<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molded container made of a laminated peelable synthetic resin, which increases production efficiency and has excellent strength, dischargeability, and economical efficiency by strongly joining internal and external layers at a bottom seal without increasing the volume of the bottom seal and to provide a method for producing the container and a multilayer extrusion molding device. <P>SOLUTION: Under the control of the operation of an accumulator plunger, a multilayer parison comprising a circular adhesive layer is formed nearly at the height corresponding to the pinch-off of a blow split die by using a multilayer extrusion forming device capable of intermittently coextruding the circular adhesive layer and the external and internal layers such that the adhesive layer is between the external and the internal layers. By using the blow split dies, the portion of the multilayer parison, which has the circular adhesive layer formed therein, is pinched off and blow molded to form a container comprising the synthetic resin external layer forming an outer shell of a regular shape and a flexible synthetic resin internal layer overlaid freely peelable from the external layer and forming an inner bag. In such a container, the external and internal layers are joined and fixed by a bottom adhesive layer over the entire length, and the bottom seal is formed at the bottom by being pressed flat by the pinch-off of the blow split die. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
