FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium for yeast culturing is prepared by mixing starch- -containing raw with water, heating the prepared mixture, successive hydrolysis with amylosubtilin, cellulolytic enzyme and glucavamorin. Hydrolyzate is heated, hydrolyzate liquid fraction is separated by decantation and sources of mineral nitrogen, phosphorus, growth substances and trace elements are added. After hydrolysis of starch- -containing raw with amylosubtilin pH value in prepared hydrolyzate is brought about in the range 4.5-4.8, cellulose is added, mixture is kept for 0.8-1.2 h and glucavamorin is added.
