PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide, with a simplest structure, a cargo deck lifting device capable of selectively using lifting speeds according to a load on a cargo deck. SOLUTION: A brake valve 54 is connected to a lift cylinder 13 for lifting the cargo deck, and a hydraulic pressure is supplied and discharged therethrough. When a loading pressure of oil leading to the lift cylinder 13 is increased to a specified value by the loading of a cargo on the deck, the brake valve 54 moves a spool S according to the load pressure to restrict the opening thereof.
