PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device for an internal bead in a steel pipe which can not only cut the bead without deteriorating productivity and with higher accuracy than a conventional one even if an electric resistance welded steel pipe is made of a high Cr containing steel that is hard to cut, but also can extend the service lifetime of a cutting tool. SOLUTION: In the cutting device for the internal bead in the steel pipe formed by a lengthy bar body 4 whose one end is fixed and which is inserted to the inside of the steel pipe, a support member 5 provided on the bar body 4, the cutting tool 6 mounted to the support member 5 and for cutting the inner face of the steel pipe, and a through-hole 8 which penetrates the support member 5 and draws out chips 7 (cutting chips) of the bead cut by the cutting tool 6 to the backstream side in a pipe advancing direction, a plurality of the cutting tools 6 are provided along in the longitudinal direction of the lengthy bar body 4.
