PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended water quality activator which forms the finest bath water and potable water by using the newest development technology and effectively utilizing natural stones, ceramics and various kinds of active carbon. SOLUTION: The circumferential peripheral edge on the opening side of a net-like basket (7) is provided with eyelet rings (4) by as much as a suitable number and thereafter water quality activating bags (8) packed with the natural stones 'tourmaline, BAKUHANSEKI (a kind of granite porphyry), etc.', (9), the ceramics (10) and the active carbon 'bamboo charcoal, Bincho charcoal, white charcoal, etc.', (11) are put into the basket. A float (6) is put thereon and a fiber net (1) is placed on the same from above. The fiber net (1) is provided with net cords (5), a net squeezing tie (2) and a strap (3). Finally, the net cords (5) of the fiber net (1) are passed through the eyelet rings (4) and are locket, by which the activator is mounted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
