摘要 PURPOSE: A temperature compensated crystal oscillator is provided to reduce a device size by reducing the area occupied in comparison with a conventional discrete type voltage control temperature compensated crystal oscillator as well as to prevent an electrical interference therebetween, thereby overcoming the problem of degradation due to the neighboring user's environment. CONSTITUTION: A temperature compensated crystal oscillator includes a ceramic layer(10) provided with a receiving part(10a) formed on the bottom thereof to have a predetermined depth in the form of step and a space part formed on the top of the receiving part(10a), an integrated circuit(IC)(12) configured by a chip placed at the receiving part(10a) of the ceramic layer(10), a crystal oscillator(11) configured by a package for receiving a crystal oscillator plate mounted on the top of the ceramic layer(10), an epoxy molding layer(14) filled between the crystal oscillator(11) and the IC(12) and a guide plane(13) installed along outside contour of the external side of the ceramic layer(10) so as to guard the bottom external side of the crystal oscillator(11).
