PURPOSE: A digital image transmission system is provided to require no excessive storage space of a DVR and confirm the internal situation of a railroad car of a train from the outside of the train. CONSTITUTION: A digital image transmission system includes at least one camera(10) placed in each of railroad cars of a train, at least one hub(20) that is set inside the railroad car, and a DVR(30). The camera takes a motion-picture of the inside of the railroad car and compresses the picture to provide a digital motion picture. The hub is connected with the camera to transmit information. The DVR is placed in the train and connected to the hub to store the digital motion picture provided by the camera.
