STRUCTURE OF PIN EXTRUDER

PURPOSE: A structure for a pin extruder is provided to improve uniformity of mixing material fully by installing a swirling bar to a lower portion of a pin integrally. CONSTITUTION: A screw is installed inside a barrel and a pin is installed between plates of the screw. A swirling bar(1a,1b) is formed integrally to a lower portion of a pin(1) in a pin extruder. The number of the swirling bar is more than two. Thereby, flow of extruding material becomes various by the swirl bar of the pin. Therein, extrusion of material is improved thermally and rheologically by mixing materials uniformly.
