PURPOSE: A punch scrap guider of welder is provided to transfer the scrap without a scrap box by discharging, using air, the scrap after processing the scrap, generated while forming a pin hole for checking a welding part, in a form of roundly bent scrap. CONSTITUTION: The punch scrap guider of welder comprises an upper punch(1) fixed at an upper knife body(6) of the welder body(10) and having an air passage penetrating up and down, an air valve(16a) fixed to the welder body(10) and connected to the air passage and air tube through an air hose so as to selectively open and close the air passage, a lower punch(2) fixed to a lower knife body opposite to the upper punch(1) and having an air passage communicating to the air passage of the upper punch(1), a low pressure cup(26) perpendicularly connected to a scrap guide hose(25) at one side of the lower punch(2), and an air valve selectively supplying high pressurized air to an air hose(15b) connected to one side of the lower punch(2) according to a movement of the welder body(10).
