PURPOSE: A system and a method for outputting voice signals received through a mobile terminal to a radio are provided to set frequencies of the mobile terminal and a radio by a user, and to output a voice signal received from the mobile terminal to the radio, so that a hands-free set are not necessary. CONSTITUTION: In a mobile terminal(100), a key input unit(120) sets a radio receiving mode upon user's request. A voice signal converter(130) converts received digital signals into voice signals. A digital signal converter(140) converts voice signals of the user into digital signals. A frequency setting unit(150) sets a predetermined frequency for transmitting the voice signals received at the mobile terminal(100) to a radio(200). And a memory(160) stores data. In the radio(200), a broadcasting signal selector(210) sets a frequency for receiving broadcasting signals or the voice signals transmitted from the mobile terminal(100). And a speaker(230) outputs the broadcasting signals or the voice signals according to the frequency set in the broadcasting signal selector(210).
