PURPOSE: An image communication apparatus is provided to accomplish a compactness and slimness and prevent power consumption of a battery in an image communication mode. CONSTITUTION: An image terminal(100) wirelessly transfers and receives image data and voice data for an image communication. A charger(200) supplies power required for operation of the image terminal(100). A camera module(300) formed at an arbitrary position of the charger(200) operates by power applied to the charger(200). A connecting unit connects the image terminal(100) and the charger(200) so that an image data photographed by the camera module(300) can be transferred to the image terminal(100) and wirelessly transferred.
