FORMING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PERFORATED PRODUCT

PURPOSE: A forming apparatus and a method of a perforated product are provided to form the perforated product consecutively and automatically by using a movable die and a sliding die without an air-blowing portion and to produce thick or thin products sealed completely. CONSTITUTION: A forming apparatus comprises a sliding die(22); a fixed base(24); an actuator(27); a fixed die(15a) and a movable support body. The sliding die has a cavity(4a) corresponding to a middle portion of a perforated product on one side. A protrusion portion(20) is formed to the other side of the sliding die. Melting resin is injected to the sliding die by an intruder(21). The fixed base supports a rear portion of the sliding die. A sprue(23) is formed to the fixed die to flow melting resin. The actuator is arranged across a horizontal arm(26) of a holder(25). The holder is fixed to an upper portion of the fixed base. The actuator moves the sliding die up and down by control of a control unit. The fixed die is opposite to the sliding die and has a protrusion portion(20a) to correspond to the cavity on one side. A cavity(4b) is formed to the other side of the fixed die to form the other middle portion. The movable support body is fixed to a rear surface of the fixed die. The movable support body is reciprocated right and left by the other actuator controlled by the control unit. Therefore, the perforated product is formed consecutively and automatically by using the movable die and the sliding die without an air-blowing portion, and products sealed completely are produced regardless of thickness.
