PURPOSE: To prevent misreading of ATC signal by deciding that a train is passing through a switching section of feeder when the variation rate of pilot frequency is within a set range and stopping generation of modulation carrier regardless of the pilot frequency and the decision results thereof. CONSTITUTION: A logic section 24 operates the variation rate of frequency based on a measurement of pilot frequency received from an input section 21 and a command for permitting generation of modulation carrier is generated in a signal input section 21 if the carrier generating conditions are satisfied when the variation rate deviated from a set range. When the frequency variation rate is within the set range, a command for stopping generation of modulation carrier is generated in the signal input section 21 regardless of the moving average of the pilot frequency or the level thereof. With such arrangement, misreading of ATC signal due to shift of the pilot frequency can be prevented. |
