ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENCE DISPLAY APPARATUS HAVING CATHODE SEPARATOR STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display apparatus having a cathode separator structure is provided to reduce the leakage current between anode electrodes by forming the cathode separator structure between the anode electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A cathode separator(13) is formed on anode electrodes(11) provided on a substrate with a constant width in order to reduce a leakage current between the anode electrodes(11). The cathode separator(13) is formed in a vertical direction with a cathode electrode(14) in addition to a parallel direction therewith. An insulating layer(13) is formed in order to prevent a short of the anode electrode(11) and the cathode electrode(14). The anode electrode(11) is comprised of transparent electrodes.
