<p>PURPOSE: An optoelectronic arrangement and a force/moment sensor using the same are provided to detect relative movements or relative positions of two objects. CONSTITUTION: The optoelectronic arrangement includes at least two position sensors(42,62). Each position sensor illuminated by a light emitting unit(40) forms a measuring cell. The light emitting unit illuminates two detectors each in order to form two measuring cells with a common light emitting unit. The force and moment sensor having the optoelectronic arrangement includes the first board(120) and the second board elastically connected with each other and movable relative to one another.</p> |
