PURPOSE: To reduce an influence of crosstalk in a signal transmission part, and also to reduce a deviation of timing when integrated circuit devices are cascaded. CONSTITUTION: For bi-directional transmission, a transmission circuit 25 is provided with two sets of input circuits 52A for dividing external input data signals DI11A, DI12A into those on the wiring L11-L14 synchronizing with a clock signal CLK to demultiplex the frequency, and output circuits 53B for reproducing the original signals by synthesizing the divided signals synchronizing with the clock signal CLK and outputting them as external output data signals DO11B, DO12B. Either set of the signals on the wiring L11-L14 and L21-L24 is selected by a multiplexer 57 and supplied to a main body circuit.
