PURPOSE: A micro cooling system is provided to improve cooling efficiency by forming an evaporator, a steam transfer pipe, a condenser and a liquid transfer pipe in the micro cooler, and to prevent counter flow by forming poles in an inlet and an outlet of the evaporator. CONSTITUTION: A micro cooler is separably combined with a heating material, and composed of an evaporation part(20) formed in upper and lower plates(11) of a body and filled with actuating fluid changing into gas in heating, a condensing part(30) connected to the outlet of the evaporation part through a steam transfer pipe(21) and zigzagged to condense actuating gas into liquid, and a liquid transfer pipe(31) connected between the end of the condensing part and the inlet of the evaporation part to return condensed fluid to the evaporation part. Heat is absorbed in the evaporation part, and radiated by the condensing part. Cooling efficiency is improved by increasing the length of the condensing part and changing the direction of the passage. Capillary force is generated and the evaporation area is enlarged by forming the groove in the evaporation part, and counter flow of liquid is prevented by forming the poles in the evaporation part.
