PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coarse fine motion adjustment apparatus which has a simple constitution, can be made inexpensive and is excellent in operability. SOLUTION: In the adjustment apparatus, a pinion shaft 14 penetrates a capacitor holder 8 for supporting a capacitor 9. A right coarse motion handle 10 and a left coarse motion handle 11 are provided on both sides of the pinion shaft 14. The capacitor holder 8 is moved in the direction of an optical axis through a pinion 14a and a rack 13 by rotation of the right coarse motion handle 10 or the left coarse motion handle 11. In the coarse fine motion adjustment apparatus, a handle cover 17 is detachably provided in the right coarse motion handle 10 and a fine motion adjustment lever 20 is detachably provided in the handle cover 17.
