PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator panel and a radiation detector having such characteristics that, even when a deliquescent phosphor is used as a phosphor constituting a scintillator layer, a metal reflection layer is brought into contact with the phosphor while preventing corrosion, and generated light can be transferred to a photoelectric conversion element without scattering, and thereby, high luminance and high resolution can be both achieved.SOLUTION: The scintillator panel of the present invention includes: an optically transparent substrate; a scintillator layer made of a phosphor having a columnar crystalline structure disposed on the substrate; a metal reflection layer; and a barrier layer as a moisture-proof layer. The phosphor is deliquescent. The metal reflection layer is in contact with the phosphor and conformal to tips of the columnar crystal of the phosphor, and when viewed on an incident side of radiation, the barrier layer, the metal reflection layer, the phosphor layer and the substrate are arranged in this order. The radiation detector of the present invention includes the above scintillator panel and a photodetection panel including a photoelectric conversion element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
