PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of inspecting a sub harness which can prevent the decline of the yield of a wire harness. SOLUTION: A sub harness inspection device 1 is provided with a probe 13 and performs the conducting test of a sub harness 2. The sub harness 2 is provided with electric wires 4, a connector 6 housing first terminals 5, unwrapped second terminals 7, and a joint part. The first terminals 5 are attached to at least one end of the electric wires 4. The second terminals 7 are attached to the other end of certain electric wire 4. The joint connects core wires of the electric wires 4 each other. The sub harness test device 1 gives signal to the first terminals 5 in sequence and determines whether the first terminals 5 are conducted each other. The sub harness test device 1 gives signal to the second terminals 7 with the probe 13 in sequence and determines whether each of the second terminals 7 and the first terminals 5 are conducted.
