<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system or the like that can lighten work, at a front desk of a hotel, that accompanies the reception of hotel rates even when a user stays for scheduled days or the user prolongs the staying days, and that can reliably collect the hotel rates. <P>SOLUTION: At the front desk, a recording medium 20 on which data on a unit price, the number of staying days and the like are recorded is issued. The user receives the recording medium and inserts it into a price receipt/ accountable receipt issuing device 22, which reads data, calculates a hotel rates total amount, collects the amount, and issues an advance received accountable receipt 24.
